Flex500 config to Flex 700H

in USG FLEX H Series

One of our customers has a Flex500 firewall and we need to replace it with an H series. We have already migrated the configuration from 500 to 500H, my question is, if the customer chooses 700H, is there a way to migrate the 500 configuration?

    Hi @AdminSys,

    Unfortunately, based on your requirement, directly migrating the configuration from USG FLEX 500 to USG FLEX 700H is not supported by the Configuration Migration Tool, as the physical interfaces of the USG FLEX 500 and USG FLEX 700H are incompatible. In this case, you will need to manually convert and adapt the configuration.
