NWE130BE access point

My NWE130BE access point is not accessibly anymore.
LED shows steady green.
Deregistered in Nebula
Does not request a DHCP address
Reset button does not work, Pressing for 10sec does not make the LED blink or reboot, LED stays steady green.
Ethernet connection does not come up.

Any idea how to proceed?

    Hi @Tilo

    Please help to check:

    1. Can you access the AP with the direct management method that is mentioned on the quick start guide?
    2. Please help to use ZON to find this AP and set it with a static IP to check if you can acccess it. Additionally, the PC need to use the IP address within the same subnet with the AP before accessing it. ZON download link
