I have a brand new GS1900-24 and everytime I try to update the firware the connection resets. Its running a July-2022 2.7 firware revision and I want to bring it to current 2.9. I've tried it in Chrome, Edge, Opera, and on a linux machine running its default browser.

    Hi @david_logsdon

    I used an Ubuntu 24.04TLS that directly connected to GS1900-24 to upgrade from 2.70 patch 3(2022) to 2.90 patch 1 with success by HTTP method.

    Please try to:

    1. Directly connect to the GS1900 when processing firmware upgrade.
    2. Temporarily disable your operating system firewall during the upgrade process.
    3. Ensure TFTP/HTTP/HTTPS services are not blocked by your security software
    4. Check that your antivirus software isn't interfering with the upload process.
    5. If HTTP method still having issue, please try to use TFTP to upgrade.
    6. If you have any Windows PC, you may use ZON to upgrade your GS1900-24.
