I recently switched my WAP to a NWA110BE, and while all my other devices seem to have no problem, my Sonos Move 2 won't connect when I'm on the DFS channels. I live in an area with very crowded spectrum, so I do a lot better on DFS and there is no radar in my area. Any ideas on what changes I could make to get the Move 2 to connect?

    Hi @natsbar,

To help us investigate the connection issue between your NWA110BE and Sonos Move 2, could you please provide the following details?

When you attempt to connect the Sonos to your Wi-Fi network on a DFS channel, what is the exact behavior?

    • Does the Sonos fail to find or see the SSID at all?
    • Does it see the SSID, attempt to connect, and then fail with an error message? If so, what is the specific error?
      • If this is the case, we will need to know the exact error message. Therefore, please attempt to connect your Sonos to the NWA110BE one more time while a DFS channel is enabled. After the connection fails, please collect the diagnostic info file and provide it to us, along with the MAC address of your Sonos via private message.
    • If none of the circumstances mentioned above apply, please describe any other behavior you observe.

    Thank you for your cooperation.
