IKEv2 fragmentation support in ATP firewalls

As I said in the beginning of this thread, there is no problem with the VPN configuration on the client side. The IKEv2 VPN connection works from some places and does not work from other places. I am using a self signed certificate and DNS hostname to connect.

So like you say the network a device is on blocks fragments from being sent or received a packet capture would show this.
But if the problem is your using the built in VPN client on Android I can tell you on Android 12 it will not work at least not on my phone which is why strongSwan is needed
