No internet on guest Wifi (EX3301-T0)

I've enabled the Guest Wifi on the router, however clients connecting are not getting an IPV4 address in the LAN range, and have no internet.

I've read through the user guide and think it looks ok, but obviously not.

The network is set up with two WX3100s in a mesh. The primary wifi works fine, the guest wifi connects, but no connection between the wan and the device (as it says, no IPV4 address issued in the addressing range expected (192.168.1.x))

Any obvious explanation?

    try to also enable the gateway Guest Wi-Fi. this way gateway Guest Wi-Fi will sync up with other extender.
