N4100 Max users

Hi,

My N4100 is going crazy.

It started 6 month ago , someone told me that when they try to authenticate, they got an error message like : "Maximum clients logged-in".

I saw that the N4100 can hold 100 users even if the N4100 has no licences.

SO I check my user list and…

after 33 users I can't log anyone else.

Someone have an idea for me ?

Since the N4100 has already reached End of Life, our support for this product is limited. To ensure the stability and security of your network, we would strongly recommend considering an upgrade to our newer solutions, such as the USG FLEX H series firewall together with our WiFi 7 access points. These devices provide enhanced performance and up-to-date security features to better protect your network environment.

Thank you for your answer but right now I can't change it because in france and in hospitals the government forces us to be in hospital groups so if I change I must take cisco AP and be connected to the "main" hospital cisco controllers so for now I try to keep my system.

Do you have any advice to check why I can only log 33 users ?

My patients are stuck and I can't provide them wifi because of that strange limit.

Unfortunately, since N4100 is a very old device and has already reached EoL, as mentioned in the previous reply, we are not able to support for this product and recommend upgrading your devices to newer solutions to ensure the security of your network. Thanks for your understanding!
