Zyxel VPN 100 won't send email notifications to domain users.

Good morning, I have a Zyxel VPN 100 with firmware model: 5.37 (ABFV.1) and since today I have two-factor authentication enabled, users are not receiving emails. I remember that some time ago a colleague of yours told me to upload a firmware update to resolve this problem. Can I proceed with the update with version 5.37 (ABFV.2)? Does it also work properly for two-factor authentication? Can you let me know? Thanks

VPN series has reached its end of life (EOL) status, which means our support for this model will be limited.

Ok, but what I would like to understand, does version 5.37abfv.2 provide the correct functioning of sending emails when two factor is active for authentication?

I checked the release note information (you can also check in this link), and I didn't find any related bug fix. Therefore, I'm not sure whether this firmware version provide the proper functioning or not.
You can consider to upgrade your firewall to USG FLEX H series for optimal performance and support.
