Secuextender SSl non viene esguito in SURFACE PRO 12

Il problema che ha riscontrato deriva dal fatto che il suo Microsoft Surface Pro utilizza un processore con architettura ARM, che purtroppo non è compatibile con il nostro software SecuExtender.

Sebbene non sia possibile utilizzare il client SecuExtender su questo dispositivo, esistono delle valide alternative a seconda del modello di firewall Zyxel a cui si sta connettendo.

Ecco le soluzioni consigliate:

• Se utilizza un firewall delle serie USG FLEX o ATP (ZLD): la soluzione è configurare una connessione VPN IPsec utilizzando il client VPN integrato (nativo) di Windows 11.
• Se utilizza un firewall della serie USG FLEX H:
  • Può utilizzare il client VPN integrato di Windows 11 per impostare una connessione VPN IPsec.
  • In alternativa, può utilizzare la VPN SSL con il client OpenVPN Connect, ma si assicuri che la versione di OpenVPN che installa sia compatibile con Windows su ARM.

The problem you encountered is because your Microsoft Surface Pro uses an ARM-based processor, which unfortunately is not compatible with our SecuExtender software.

While you cannot use the SecuExtender client on this device, there are some alternatives depending on the Zyxel firewall model you are connecting to.

Here are the recommendations:

• If you are using USG FLEX or ATP (ZLD) firewalls: configure an IPsec VPN connection using the Windows 11 built-in (native) VPN client.
• If you are using USG FLEX H Series firewalls:
  • You may use the Windows 11 built-in VPN client to set up an IPsec VPN connection.
  • Alternatively, you may use SSL VPN with the OpenVPN Connect client, but please ensure the OpenVPN version is compatible with Windows on ARM.
