Creating LAN2 with USG20 VPN stop trafic on LAN1

I am probably missing something if you could help me

I have an USG20 VPN working fine for years. Last week we have activated LAN2 by choosing is port.

From then we can not go to internet from LAN1. But if we go back to all port on lan1 sometime it works fine again. I do not understand the 'sometime' way of working…

I have 3 USG20 and I observe the same thing on the tree of them…

Does anyone have an idea. I know usg20 is end of life…but…I am getting mad….

Many thanks in advance

Regards

    Hi @Denis6969

USG20 VPN hasn't reached it end-of-life status. About your issue, please share your configuration with us, so we can better help on this issue. Additionally, can you ping the firewall's LAN 1 interface IP from LAN 2?

Here is my lab for the replicate, and I didn't encounter this issue. My PC in LAN 2 can ping to the device and firewall's LAN 1 IP.

If possible, please help to download your configuration and share it with me in the private message. (Click my icon and the click the message to send)

How are you using LAN2 and how is it connected? how is LAN1 connected?

Are you connecting LAN1 and LAN2 to the same switch? does the switch support VLAN? is it setup right?
