Hello,

For a small remote office, we mounted an IPSEC VPN with the main office (USG Flex at both side)

We can join the domain, logon… etc

But for PC with W11Pro 24H2 we got problems: after logon, search bar, flux on widgets menu and other does not run normaly… it's very very slow (search bar is filled after many minutes…).

It's append with all users logged on the domain, not with the administor domain account, nor local logon.

For the remote office:

1/ in Network / Interface / Ethernet / Lan1, DHCP:

DNS1=our DNS server address

DNS2=ZyWALL

2/ in system / DNS / Domain Zone Forwarder:

ourdomain.local ⇒ our server DNS address

Default ⇒ provider DNS IP

Many thank's for your help

L.

    Hi @Aballo,

    Regarding the behavior you mentioned — "after logon, search bar, widgets menu, and other features are very slow on Windows 11 Pro 24H2" — could you please provide a screen recording or some screenshots that show the issue?

    This will help us better understand the symptoms and allow us to investigate further.

    Hi @Aballo,

    Thank you for sharing the video. From what we can see, you are able to successfully connect to the VPN and log into Windows. The system seems to be responding normally during your operations.

    Since we are not familiar with your usage scenario, could you please provide more details or examples to help us confirm that the issue is indeed related to the VPN? This will enable us to better understand and assist you.

    Thank you for your cooperation!
