Nebula Registration pop-up window

Dear Team,

I have a 200H, that is registered in Nebula,

and I can see it there, still whenever I log in to the standalone GUI, I get this pop-up window:

Is there a way to get rid of this somehow?

    Hi @Peppino,

    Could you please provide us with remote access so that we can directly check the issue on your device?

    There are two ways you can grant us access:

    1. Enable Web GUI access from WAN – please refer to this FAQ for the steps.
    2. Provide a remote PC that is connected to the firewall via Ethernet. You can then share the TeamViewer or AnyDesk ID and password with us via private message.

    Hi @Peppino,

    It looks like this issue may have been related to a previous beta program, where the services on your device were directed to the ebeta server. Recently, we have updated your device so that the services now point back to official, and the status should be normal again.

    Could you please try using the device and confirm if everything is working fine now? If you still notice any issues, please let us know and we’ll be glad to assist further.
