USG Flex 200H - HA "Full Last Sync" failed

I have a question. Over the weekend, I tried enabling the HA feature on my two FLEX 200 H devices, but it didn't work.
The problem is that the device status is active and the devices are paired, but the "Last Full Sync Status" is failed.
I reset the second device to factory defaults and tried configuring HA three times, but the last full sync always failed.

This log comes from the primary device. I no longer have access to the Sendodary.

    Hi @weite,

    To further investigate the “HA Full Last Sync failed” issue, could you please help confirm the following points first:

    • Whether SSH is enabled on both devices (System > SSH) using port 22 for Device HA sync.
    • Whether the active device has WAN connectivity to the Internet and is connected to Nebula. (For detailed information, you may refer to page 254 in the Handbook.)

    If both conditions are confirmed and the issue still persists, please kindly provide us with remote access. Please refer to this FAQ to see how to configure Web GUI access from WAN.

    This will allow our technical team to access the device for direct troubleshooting.
