Zyxel MGS3520-28 booting issue

We have Zyxel MGS3520-28 ZyNOS Version: V4.10(AATM.2) and has an issue with booting. tried entering debug mode with console and this is what i am getting (at the end of the email). I tried to search for another firmware online to see if i can upgrade to sove issue, but i could not fund it any where. Tried reset it and it seems it requires to have ROM files.

I encountered a similar problem a few years ago, and I successfully solved it by following the instructions in the article below. Maybe you can try it.

Additionally, if you need an newer FW, my sales provided a link after ZYXEL ZYXEL published an article about the DoS vulnerability for this model. This might be helpful to you as well.

I just wanted to give you an update. I finally managed, with shared files to reset the switch and is now working as normal, and will plug it back to the network. I thank you so much for your support.
Finally is there any known issue that causes such issues? This will help prevent it from happening again in the future.
