Redirection Issue on Prestashop with USG Flex 500H

Hello,

When connected through a USG Flex 500H, I am experiencing an issue on our Prestashop e-commerce site: whenever I switch tabs (Home, Invoices, Orders, etc.), I am automatically redirected to the login page.

Please note:

  • The administration page loads correctly without any errors.
  • The issue persists even after disabling all content filters.
  • I have tested on other networks using a USG Flex 500, and the problem does not occur.

Could you please advise on the steps to resolve this issue?

    Hi @JBLT

    Are there any difference on the setting between USG FLEX 500 and USG FLEX 500H? Like the security policy, security service, topology, interface setting, etc. Try to make the setting similar/same and test again.

    Also,

    1. Are the PC you using to test between USG FLEX 500 and USG FLEX 500H the same PC?
    2. Could you help to use jam (browser plugin from jam.dev) to record the issue? This could help us identify what might be the root cause.
    3. Please share the configuration of 500H so we can help to check. You may send me a private message with it.

    Update:

    This issue is related to dual WAN. To fix this issue, we can add policy route with fixed outgoing interface to solve it.
