The administrator password was lost, and according to Zyxel documentation, the only way to recover it is through debug mode and loading the default configuration file.I request the original firmware or the startup-config.conf file to perform the recovery procedure.

    In addition, please note that the XGS-4528F has reached its End of Life (EOL) status for many years, which means our support for this model will be limited. Therefore, we recommend upgrading to the XGS4600 series switches.
