I cannot see how to turn off the 5 GHz band on a NWA55AXE access point using either Nebula or ZON and the only work around I have been able to implement is simply to lower the power output to 1 dBm.

I only want to use the 2.4 GHz band on the NWA55AXE (outdoor AP) as the legacy IoT devices only operate on this frequency.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @Serb_LEConcepts

You don't need to turn off the 5 GHz band radio. You need to change the SSID setting > edit > Advanced settings > Band mode

It determines on which band the AP should broadcast this SSID.

I should have beem more detailed in my question. The site has 5 APs for quite a large dwelling of which 4 are internal, NWA220AX-6E, and one external, NWA55AXE.

The switch in the advanced SSID setting is a blanket setting for all APs in the site but I'm looking to disable the 5 GHz on the NWA55AXE only.

    Hi @Serb_LEConcepts

Then you will need to use the AP tag to assign specific SSID to your NWA55AXE.

The SSID setting can set same SSID name with different settings, and use the AP tag to assign to specific AP.
