When I'm trying to add it manually to my Nebula device list, it says that the device is registered to another account.
How can I reset it?

Hi @Alex_under
There are two places have the QR code sticker, one is the sticker under the device, another is the sticker on the box.
If you couldn't find it for some reason, please help to follow these steps:
- Factory default your AP by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds.
- Access your AP when it is isolated from the Internet. For example, remove the AP's uplink/deny the Internet access for the AP's IP.
- Login to the AP and choose Cloud management mode. Then you will see the Device's QR code after apply cloud management mode.
