100H - block external IP address ... not all IP's are blocked !

    Thanks for sharing your profile. The reason you didn't see the IP Reputation Malicious connection:External Block List(Profile xxxx) log is because you disabled log function for block list in the Security Services > Reputation filter > IP Reputation. Although there's no log, the IP reputation is working and blocks the malicious connection. You may change to "log" from "no" to verify it.

    seem to be OK and correct working now.
    It's confusing what needs to be checked and where… should be much more easier.

    I agree it is confusing. That's why I ask our product team to enhance the UIUX of the External block list page. It seems many users think this is an independent feature from the reputation filter, but it is not.
