zyxel gs1900-24E configuration issues

Hi, am little no-vice coming to switches so bear with me if I am asking simple questions. I have configured this switch to pass thru internet to get hang of it. but at any point of time I see there are only 2 ports lightening up and no other wires connected to them light up.

Here is the case, I have 3 rooms where I have ethernet wall jacks. I connected all wires in my network room to the switch and port 1 to internet modem. 2 rooms I have wired connection but third room I do not have internet.

    Hi @netRK

    1. Please help to check the config > Port if the connecting ports are set disable/down first.
    2. If they are all enable, please help to do some hardware cross check.
      1. Directly connect the device/bypass the ethernet wall jack to test.
      2. Move the working port to the issue port to check this switch port having issue or not.
      3. Move the issue port to the working port to check if this will work.
      4. Swap the connecting devices between the working part and issue part.
    3. If your configuration enables loop guard, please check if there any ports is in err-disable/loop status.
