NWA130BE: Is an upside-down orientation disadvantageous for wall mounting?
Options
I've read in the forum that ceiling mounting is recommended. Wall mounting is the only option for me. I'd like to ask if the orientation (top/bottom) affects the signal?
Based on the "Zyxel" logo on the housing, the cable would enter from the top with a standard mounting. My network socket is located below the device. Therefore, I'd like to ask if mounting the device upside down with the cable entering from the bottom (Zyxel logo upside down) has any general disadvantages. Since the mounting plate locks in place, the device can't slip out even when mounted upside down. But does an upside-down mounting potentially have disadvantages regarding signal distribution due to the internal antenna design?
Thank you for your assessment.
