SecuReporter blank network activity detailed area

I assume you have enabled all option on the device's GUI of the SecuReporter setting.
Please help to check if the App Patrol > Collect Statistics isn't enabled.
If still can't find any info after few minutes, please help to enable Zyxel support access and share your organization's name so we can help to check.

I have an ATP200 on that site:
Fully managed via Nebula, so the only option I see is this one:

Thanks for the information. In this scenario, the SecuReporter will only display information when the content filter/Application patrol is set. It seems like you didn't set the content filter/Application patrol profile and apply to a security policy.
I assume you want to check per client usage; you may check it by clicking the category hyperlink.
