vmg3625-t50b firmware update

in Home Router

Hello,

I have home router vmg3625-t50b with current running version V5.50(ABPM.8.1)C0. As there are newer versions 8.3 and 9.2 I was trying to perfpr, upgrade. But I am not able to upload upgrade file (for example VMG3625-T50B_5.50(ABPM.9.2)C0.zip) it always end up with message: Image upload failed…

Do you know what could be the problem?

    Welcome to the forum.

    The firmware, userguide and release notes are at https://www.zyxel.com/uk/en-gb/support/download?model=vmg3625-t50b and it says read the release notes before upgrade.

    The download file is a ZIP archive, so have you unZIPed the archive and selected the firmware file to upload?

    - rather than the release notes or other files that are in the ZIP archive I think.
