Problem with UI with GS1200-5HP v2

  • I'm also experiencing this issue on the latest version of the GS1200-HP5 V2 (C3). Requests to the web UI randomly fail with an empty response. I'm experiencing this issue with all browsers as well as when I'm using curl from the command line. The switch is connected directly to the PC executing the request.

    To help us investigate further, could you please provide a video recording of the error as it occurs across different browsers, including Safari?

    I too am experiencing this issue. It is very disruptive to my use of the switch. I need to be able to log in and disable and enable ports, but every other page load or submission errors out. Seemingly random requests (pages/scripts/images) fail to load with 0 bytes returned. I use primarily use Edge as my browser.

    I see that this issue was raised more than 2 years ago. Is there an official solution yet? Do you need additional data?

    As you can see, the switch fails to respond to random files, and this causes serious errors in the UI.
