Is there a way to configure QOS for Skype on USG 110

Hi all,

Is it possible to configure Qos for Skype because we are experiencing some problems with quality of calls ?

    Hi @adi_dragnic

    Unless it is an internal network issue, any QoS configuration will be removed by your ISP provider.

    Skype and other video calling software can be limited or completely blocked in some countries.

    Hi @adi_dragnic  

    You can setup BWM with highest priority for Skype. 

    (1)  Go to Configurtion >Object > Application Click button to add Skype services in Application object.

    (2)  Go to Configuration > BWM Click Add button create a rule

    Select Skype object which added in step(1) and set inbound/outbound priority as 1.

    After enabled BWM function, then Skype service will forward by USG with highest priority.
