Hi @GanpatiComm ,

To reset the password of NWA3550-N, please follow below steps:

• Make sure the PWR\SYS LED is on and not blinking
• Press the RESET button and hold it until the PWR\SYS LED begins to blink (~ 5 seconds)
• Release the RESET button and wait for the device to restart.

Note: This procedure removes the current configuration.
