Oggetto: URGENTE: Supporto NebulaFlex e integrazione serie XGS4600 in infrastruttura Nebula

entile Assistenza Zyxel,vi scrivo per richiedere supporto tecnico urgente riguardo all'integrazione di due switch XGS4600-32 all'interno del mio parco macchine gestito tramite Nebula Control Center.Ho recentemente acquistato e sto configurando un'infrastruttura composta da:

• 11 pz. XGS1935-28
• 2 pz. XS1930-12F
• 2 pz. XGS4600-32

Mentre i modelli XGS1935 e XS1930 sono stati integrati correttamente, sto riscontrando problemi con i due XGS4600-32. Ero convinto, sulla base delle note di rilascio del firmware V4.70 Patch 5 (Gennaio 2025), che questa serie supportasse la modalità NebulaFlex tramite aggiornamento software.Tuttavia, nonostante l'aggiornamento alla V4.70 e i successivi reset di fabbrica per forzare il "cloud handshake", i due XGS4600 non vengono riconosciuti o non passano in modalità Cloud nel portale Nebula.Chiedo gentilmente di confermarmi:

1. Se il modello XGS4600-32 (con i seriali sotto riportati) è effettivamente compatibile con la gestione Cloud Nebula tramite la Patch 5 del firmware V4.70.
2. Se esiste una procedura specifica di attivazione o se è necessaria una licenza aggiuntiva per questi modelli Layer 3, a differenza dei modelli 1930/1935.
3. Cosa sto sbagliando nella procedura di adozione, dato che lo switch ha regolare accesso a Internet tramite DHCP.

Subject: URGENT: NebulaFlex Support and XGS4600 Series Integration into Nebula Infrastructure

Dear Zyxel Support Team,I am writing to request urgent technical assistance regarding the integration of two XGS4600-32 switches into my network infrastructure, managed via Nebula Control Center (NCC).I have recently purchased and am currently configuring a deployment consisting of:

• 11 units of XGS1935-28
• 2 units of XS1930-12F
• 2 units of XGS4600-32

While the XGS1935 and XS1930 models were integrated successfully, I am facing issues with the two XGS4600-32 units. Based on the release notes for firmware V4.70 Patch 5 (January 2025), I understood that this series supports NebulaFlex mode via software update.However, despite upgrading to V4.70 and performing subsequent factory resets to force the "cloud handshake," the two XGS4600 units are not recognized by the Nebula portal and do not switch to Cloud mode.I kindly ask you to confirm the following:

1. Are these specific XGS4600-32 units (serials listed below) fully compatible with Nebula Cloud management via Firmware V4.70 Patch 5?
2. Is there a specific activation procedure or a required additional license for these Layer 3 models, unlike the 1930/1935 series?
3. Is there any step I might be missing in the adoption process, considering the switches have full internet access via DHCP?
