XGS1250-12 Switch port 11 not working?
Hello I've got this switch (XGS1250-12) and over time I've noticed that port 11 is not working. The remaining 10 ports do work with 1GbE and port 9/10 is able to do 2.5/10GbE as expected. I've not tested port 12 SFP+ as I don't use it.
Currently on latest firmware V2.00(ABWE.1)C0
Can verfiy eco mode is disabled.
Is this a hardware fault or is there something else I can try?
See attached screenshot where I connected each port breifly to validate a connection.

Please help to:
- Share the device's serial number with us.
- Connect a loop between port 9 or 10 with port 11. This cross check can help to clarify the hardware issue. If the port doesn't link up for at least a few seconds, this is more likely a hardware issue.

Hi Melen,
I've tried looping between port 9 and 11 and it does not initiate a connection after setting loopback
detection on/off.
I'll proceed with an RMA :thumbsup:0
