Pay as you go Vs Monthly
Freshman Member
I am confusing about Pay as you Go Vs Monthly Plan.
I am expecting "Pay as you Go" is counting days basis, if I turned off the device, and it won't count.
Please correct me if I made mistake.
I cannot make it work as my expected, so I tried a monthly plan.
Or it actually is counting monthly? Can anybody explain further about the operation on the service subscription ?
Thank You.

Hi @kenchoy ,
Auto-Renew with Monthly Plan
A license payment method applied at the device level. Payment is required in full and in advance, and the license will automatically renew each month on the same billing cycle.
Pay As You Go (PAYG)
A license payment method applied at the organization level (based on Nebula Organization), for organizations designated as "PAYG Orgs". You reserve your credit card for future monthly payments.
For example, if you enabled PAYG Org A on June 1st, disabled it on June 5th, and re-enabled it on Jun 15th, then on July 1st, your credit card will be billed for 20/31 month for each Nebula Device in PAYG Org A.
Note:
- To stop using a license with PAYG, you need to disable PAYG for the Organization or remove the device from the Organization — not turn off the device.
- Auto-Renew is available on both Marketplace and Circle. However, PAYG is currently available on Circle only.
