GS1910-24 and GS2210-8HP - need rack mount brackets

I have two GS1910-24 and a GS2210-8HP switches that were taken out of service and that are missing their rack mount brackets. I need to repurpose the switches and put them back in a rack.

Any idea how I can get replacement brackets and screws.

I am a Reseller and would not know how to get a replacement. The best solution is the vendor the must have some spare somewhere.

Austria. I am still in contact with the sales team but such advice to a customer to contact the dealer isnt that easy/ good because the dealer couldn't do anything.

Maybe when there is a special Order reference its possible to order it.

Thanks I dont need any help Yet with.

The only think is the advice to a customer to talk to the dealer for new bracked is not the best colouration for the dealer. The best think is to send new one out from the factory, warhouse for free or a small charge. a Dealer like me could not help the customer.

Procedure is already there.

Customer goes to https://support.zyxel.eu

klicks on contact support, submit request, selects the rma form and asks for Rack Mount Kit.

We will send him an offer and after paying he receives the RMK
