Hi all,

we just upgraded to a Flex 100H, applying the converted configuration from our old Flex 100 without an issue.

Now we want to configure SSL VPN with OpenVPN following this guide: https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/33197593322898-How-to-Configure-SSL-VPN-Connection-on-Zyxel-USG-FLEX-H-Series-with-OpenVPN-Connect

The configuration is OK, but I can't download the config as an .ovpn file. All that is downloaded is a zip file containing a .tgb file.

This seems to be the same - or a similar - issue as this one:

Now we don't want to do a factory reset because we do not want to redo all the configuration we have already done. is it possible to get the .ovpn config file somehow?

Firmware is 1.38(ABXF.0)

thank you for your help

likely the converter has missed something login locally and check check SSL VPN settings then advanced settings and click generate certificate and try again if it still dose not show you the .ovpn file then disable SSL VPN apply and re-enable.

    Hi @copossum

I assume you get the configuration script from nebula, could you help to check on/get from your firewall web gui?
