- What is the exact product model and firmware version of your Zyxel device?
- What is your network topology, and how is your device connected?
- How did you perform the test? Kindly share some screenshots showing what you observed, since you mentioned that the speed has dropped.
- Are the affected devices that are experiencing slower speeds wired or wireless?
- Is the slowdown affecting all devices, or only specific clients?
- Did this issue occur after you made any configuration changes, or was it previously working fine and the speed drop happened without any adjustments?
- Additionally, if you are managing your Zyxel device via Nebula, please enable Zyxel Support Access so we can review the device directly.
