Wireless bridge not transmitting PTZ camera data

hello

I have a large site, which I have a NWA50AXE wirelessly bridging to a NWA130BE → Zyxel XMG-105HP → hikvision PTZ.

The camera is at the far end of a garden and is pulling POE power but it’s not Tx/Rx, until I unplug the AP, when it suddenly wants to send and receive! I cannot get the AP to send & receive the data from the PTZ and it is undiscovered the PTZ on the network!
what am I doing wrong?
please can you enlighten me as to what steps I need to take to bring this camera online as I need to have remote control too.

    To better assist you, could you please help confirm the following:

    • Since we do not have an NWA50AXE model in our lineup, could you confirm whether you are referring to the NWA50AX or the NWA55AXE?
    • To ensure we understand your setup correctly, is the following topology accurate before unplugging?
      • [Root AP] ── wireless bridge ── [Repeater NWA130BE] → [XMG-105HP] → [Hikvision PTZ camera]
      • Also, please share/confirm the topology after unplugging (when the camera starts working).
    • If the above topology is correct, could you clarify the “unplug and it suddenly works” behavior:
      • Which AP did you unplug?
      • When you mention the camera “wants to send and receive,” how are you observing this behavior?
      • After unplugging, does the camera successfully obtain network/internet access? If so, is there possibly another uplink path to the NWA130BE that we are not aware of?

    Additionally, please provide the following so we can investigate further:

    • Configuration details for both APs
    • A screenshot showing the Tx/Rx traffic you mentioned
    • (If applicable) Please enable Zyxel Support Access and share your Org/Site names
