How to remove a decommissioned firewall from SecuReporter (cloud side only)?
Ally Member
A Zyxel firewall (USG20W-VPN) has just been decommissioned and stays permanently offline from our side. It may be factory reset and donated to somebody else later.
I still receive scheduled SecuReporter email reports for this device. The reports are empty in the meantime, obviously.
I want to stop these reports and remove the device from SecuReporter completely.
Important: I ask only for solutions to do this from the SecuReporter web portal or myZyxel account. The firewall itself is offline, so I cannot change any setting on the device (2FA logins without internet/ntp sync will not work, no notifications whatsoever clearly stating such- so I'm locked out, ssh disabled everywhere, no console cable available).
Please tell me the exact steps in the SecuReporter portal to:
- Delete the scheduled reports for this device, and
- Remove or deregister the device from SecuReporter.
Thank you.

To stop the email reports from being sent, you need to remove the report schedule in the SecuReporter portal:
- Log in to the SecuReporter Portal.
- Navigate to
Menu > History>Report > ReportSettings. - Disable the schedule report settings by click the settings button on each report setting(Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
To completely remove the device from your SecuReporter organization list:
- Please navigate to the
top menu > more > Organization & Device > Organization. - Click the ">" button on your organization.
- Mouse mover to the device and the delete option will be displayed.
