AVAST API isn't working

Dear Sir or Madam.

I've the api key from AVAST BUSINESS HUB.

But it dosen't work.

    Hi @Thomas1971

    I assume your firmware version is supported Avast end point. Please help to check if there has any error message:

    1. Authentication Failed: Invalid client ID or secret. Please check the client ID or secret and setting again.
    2. API Connection Error: Firewall can't reach Avast services. Please check your security policy to allow the access to Avast service.

    If there not helps, please help to share your firmware version and enable Zyxel support access so we can check it further. Additionally, please share the organization's name as well.
