What's the setting cause the AP reset them-self? Could you share me the detail steps?
We want Zyxel AP give users the friendly experience.

I just update the fw from the zip as usual.

To avoid next time happen again, I suggest you backup a configuration before FW upload.

Its just a Test Setup the change slightly but it sucks when the reset without notice.

When the next time issue happen, you can collect the diagnostic info and send to us.
We will check the logs and enhance the AP function.
