ZyWall USG20 Firmware Update

Hello,

I have an USG20 bought few years ago. Firmware is 3.30(BDQ.5) 15/05/2014.

Do you know if there is an updated firmware?

I see that my device is not listed. Now there is USG20-VPN. Is the same model so I can install that firmare (4.33 if I remember well)?

    The USG20-VPN is newer the USG20 is many years old so you can't get any newer firmware.

    I’ll update mine to the last available software.

    If I would upgrade to the new VPN series, is it possible to upload mine’s configuration file to the new one instead to configure everything?

    Welcome to Zyxel Community.?

    We have on-line converter can help to covert configuration file from USG20 to USG20VPN.

    However, the converter only can convert to version V4.20(USG20VPN), in this way, It have more effort because you need to downgrade USG20VPN firmware from V4.33 to V4.20. In this case, I would suggest you set up configuration manually on USG20VPN.
