Install ZyWall SecuExtender on Mac

Hello everyone,
we are trying to setup ZyWall SecuExtender on Macs running Mojave but some of our user seems to be unable to run the software, even if it is installed smoothly and without errors.
common error is the following:
what can we do as the situation is getting urgent as 2 of our colleagues, cannot access office VPN.

For MAC OSX Mojave, you need to install V1.1.8. it’s for MAC OS Mojave compatibility issue

Hey guys,
tomorrow (4th Oct) will be released new version of MAC OS, called Catalina.
Do you have new SecuExtender for it ready?
We have tried the MAC OS Catalina BETA and SecuExtender 1.1.8 doesn't work!
Do we know when or how this will be fixed?

Mojave compatibility were assured several months later the release by Apple. If VPN connection is necessary with Catalina, consider to prepare L2TP access for backup.

We're verifying the compatibility of the new version of SecuExtender Mac v1.1.9 on Catalina.
After it passes the verification, the new version of SecuExtender Mac v1.1.9 will be available on "News and Release".
