Question about changing firmware zywall 110

Hello,

I have a Zywall 110 device with 4.11 firmware. I want to update my firmware to 4.33 last version.

1) If I update the firmware, will the Zywall 110 current settings be deleted to the factory settings?

2) does i need first update from 4.11 to 4.20, and then to 4.33 or i can directly update from 4.11 to 4.33 version of firmware?

The current settings would not be deleted when you update firmware

It might have risk for firmware updating from V4.11 to V4.33 directly.

In general, we would suggest to follow the firmware upgrade pathV4.11 -> V4.15 -> V4.20 -> V4.25 -> V4.30 -> V4.33.

It will require more effort if you follow the firmware update path, but less risk.

Or

If you want to update to V4.33 directly, please back up your configuration file first before you update. I will instruct you via private message if you need further assistance.

Hi Zyxel_Cooldia - where can I download the legacy firmware versions? My portal gives me access to the current v4.35 and 4.33. Where can I download your recommended V4.15, V4.20, V4.25, and V4.30?
