How to migrate from USG 50 to USG 100?

It could be blocked because of mismatch physical interface. If so, i would suggest set up manually from beginning.5

Because it will check the model name of configuration file header when you apply configuration file to USG-100. It only accept the same model.
You can remove the first three line of the configuration file header to bypass checking and try it again.
(Please note that make sure the firmware version is same before your perform this operation.)

I see on my ZyXEL USG-100 firmware version is too old. I tried to update it, but it finished with error (see below)
File path depends on OS, I use Ubuntu. As for main topic, I can't restore USG 50 conf file even without 3 first rows...

Updated wrong firmware, the firmware name should be “330AQQ7C0.bin”.
You can get correct firmware from link below.
