Session Monitor
It would be very helpful if there was a live session/traffic monitor tool in Nebula.

Customize Security Email template with variable
I am using the MSP Portal to send security alerts into my ticketing system. It would be great if I could add a variable to the Email subject line, so that it displays the Organization name in the subject. The "Device down" alerts already include the organization name, and it works great.

Non-software VPN option with TOTP for Nebula
It would be nice if the Plus/Pro packs enabled a TOTP MFA option for the IPSec/L2TP VPN. Ideally I would be able to setup Windows 10/11 computers for MFA VPN using the built-in windows VPN client. IKEv2 would be fantastic as well.

Let's Encrypt SSL for security redirect pages
When the firewall blocks a site, it warns the user. The warning goes to a site without a proper SSL certificate, which seems a bit opposite to the idea of security. It would be nice if the Security licenses included an SSL certificate, or if "Let's Encrypt" could be used.

MSP Alert Templates
some things that crossed to my mind setting up MSP Alert Templates in the Nebula MSP Portal * Ability to disable Notifications for certain System Alerts during specific times * Ability to set specific Ports for Switch Alerts (currently you can only select "any ports") * Customization for System Alerts (subject, custom…

MSP Portal - sync or "global" security profile
It would be great to have an MSP level "security profile sync" so that we can apply security profiles to multiple Organizations and Sites.

MAC Bind IP Clients
ability to easily add/transfer an existing client connected to the network to be mac bound / fixed ip like currently available with USG / ATP on-prem

Prioritize by DSCP
It would be great if we could prioritize network traffic by DSCP. In my case, I do not need to make any changes to the DSCP priority, I would just like to know that AP's, Switches, and Firewalls on Nebula are prioritizing internal traffic by native DSCP tagging.

Network Quality - Alert on high CRC errors
I would love to have the ability to alert if there are switch ports that report a certain amount of CRC errors. This would help us to be proactive on the network. Also some weird failure types I have seen- switch speed dropping from 1000T to 100T or 10T (indicates wire issue), PoE status going up and down rapidly. It would…

HA Mode Nebula (Workaround?)
As much as we want to have a cloud managed firewall, we also want to have an HA mode configured to improve redundancy. Unfortunately this is currently not supported in Nebula, because a cloud managed firewall is essential I have thought about a "Workaround". It works as follows: In Nebula create an organization with 2…

Port Isolation Column
In Switch > Switch Ports, add an additional column to show if 'Port Isolation' is enabled/disabled on each port.

Map
When the monitoring page of a switch or access point is opened, the map zooms out to display all switches/access points belonging to the site. If there are several switches/access points, this makes it difficult to determine the location of the specific switch/access point that I am looking for. Perhaps have the Map center…

Client Description on Switch Monitoring Page
In Switch > Clients, devices can be named in the Description column. If I go to a Switches monitoring page and click on an active port, the MAC addresses detected on that port are displayed. It would be useful if this box had an additional column for the 'Description' that would display the names of any devices that have…

Source/Destination "External"
It would be convenient if we had the option to an "External" to the Source and/or Destination fields under security policy. Basically, I would like to allow traffic to all WAN/Internet resources, but not to any internal subnets or VLANs.

Failover notifications
Hello there! We are using the
Zyxel LTE3301-PLUS and just wanted to make a suggestion. Many of us use
the router as a backup to the mobile network. If the fiber is
cut out, the mobile network is connected automatically. And it works
great! For many of us
in Europe it costs extra when the router connects to the…

Connectivity Check with auto-reboot
Following the firmware upgrade to the NR7101 Nebula it did not come back online. Therefore it was necessary to manually power cycle the device on site. The idea would be to include in the firmware a connectivity check following a firmware install that reboots the device to bring it back online.
