Hello, I would like to suggest a ridiculous change that can save me and many colleagues hours of research. I manage via Nebula 25 organizations with different sites. most of these companies are based in Fondi. The question I ask myself and I ask you is this: how can someone in my condition understand which organization this message refers to? Wouldn't it be more logical to write in the email as follows?
Dear Administrator,
Organization: company_name
Site: site_name
Thanks in advance

Hello @pentasoft_albe, this problem only happens to CDR alerts, the other alerts would display the organization name.
Anyway, thanks for your feedback, I will raise this problem to our internal team.
