Firmware for NAS542
I want to upgrade the firmware but the NAS tells me the
connection to the server is hanging. You’ve shut down the FTP site and
the Download Library doesn’t show my device. How can I get the latest
firmware? If I try to connect from the NAS the connection hangs and none of the sites here have any useful information.

NAS326 assign drive letter
hi earlier today i upgraded the firmware of my 326. before i upgraded i had no issue finding it in NAS Starter Utility (i know its outdated, but easy mount), but now it cant find it whatso ever.. my other 3 nas326 has no issue at all. i can access it through browser.. anyone who know why this happens? and possible a fix?…

ssh into NAS326 as regular user
I am able to ssh into my NAS326 using my admin account. Shouldn't I be able to do the same, but as a regular user too?

NAS 326 stuck at reboot
(Not sure about the category, sorry...) Hi I just set up my NAS 326 with 2 HDDs in Raid 1, but now it is rebooting and is stuck at 91% for about 20 mins. It says not to turn it off, should I try anyway? Thanks JC
