Firmware Upgrade Fails V5.21(AAZF.14)

Upgrading from V5.21(AAZF.13) to V5.21(AAZF.14).

• NAS 326 finds the upgrade and notifies: V5.21(AAZF.14) is ready to upgrade.
• You hit the "Upgrade" button next to the green notification.
• The upgrade proceeds for a while but quits at 55% with the status message in red: Invalid firmware file.
• Manual attempt after downloading the new firmware also fails with the same message.

What gives?

I can downgrade the firmware from the cloud server, if you're still suffering the firmwar cannot upgrade from cloud server, you can download filezilla and try to access ftp2.zyxel.com to get the firmware from the FTP server directly.
