Hello, I have a GS2210-8HP that is recognized and shows up on the ZON utility (shows IP, device etc.) but when I click on the Web GUI bottom it opens the web browser but says the IP address is not accessible. Any suggestions on what the issue might be?

Doorbird cant connect to network

Can't connetc to webinterface of GS1100-16 ethernet switch
