I have 2 SSID : one for workers and one for VIP.
I want to prioritise the traffic for the VIP users.
Is this possible?
Is the setting done on the firewall side or on the AP side?
Any suggestions are welcomed.

Hi @businessuer
Nebula doesn’t provide configure SSID priority on AP side.
The similar workaround is to set priority on security gateway.
The traffic priority can be configured per IP at:
Security Gateway > Configure > Traffic shaping.
After setup IP address, there is a priority column can be edit.

How about a USG1100 firewall?0

Hi @businessuer
With USG1100, there is a BWM function for your reference.
You can configure the policy and priority of the traffic which is a compromise between with prioritizing SSID.
Hope it helps!Regards,
Bella
