NAS542 - Fan direction

A strange question maybe but I really need to find out (ventilation/temp issues):

On what direction is the fan supposed to be blowing?

"From front towards back" or "from back towards front"

I can't feel anything while NAS is running but temp is rising... :-(

The direction is from front to back. On the back side you should be able to see the fan running. If the fan doesn't run, the box is supposed to start beeping.

Ty @Mijzelf, gonna check that as soon as possible.

It's spinning really slowly... No warnings or beeps.
It's shutdown ATM and I'm gonna try to see if bearings are worn out or it's just goind to die.

But that has to wait until weekend or next week...
