Hello @BkejserI have looked in the user guide at ftp://ftp.zyxel.com/Multy_U_(WSR30)/user_guide/Multy%20U%20(WSR30)_2.2.1%20ed1.pdf and the Red LED can flash slowly or fast after a factory reset, according to page 12.If it is a slow blink, then it means an error during a firmware update.A fast blink means that it is doing default restoring. It might be that your secondary devices are out of range. According to page 48 of the user guide at ftp://ftp.zyxel.com/Multy_U_(WSR30)/user_guide/Multy%20U%20(WSR30)_2.2.1%20ed1.pdf you could check this by doing a WiFi backhaul test. This troubleshooting article might also help, see https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/360018495020-Multy-U-TroubleshootingI hope that this is helpful.KInd regards,Tony0
