[Nebula] How to transfer the organization owner to another account?

Nebula is now able to transfer the organization ownership if you are the owner. You can find the "Change owner" button in Organization-wide > Administrators as the following screenshot.

After clicking the “Change owner” button, you can select the new owner account in the drop list. After an account is selected, the warning message will occur.

Acknowledge the warning message, and then click "Yes" button to finish the transfer progress.

Note: Must add the target account as the administrator with full privilege or delegate authority after that you can find it in the drop-down list.
