Nebula Centre move sites to different organization

Hi all,

I have an account with multiple organizations as per picture below. 

Each organization only has one site inside it.

I would like to move all those sites within only one organization as opposed to having one organization per each site.

Hope it makes sense, can you please advise?

May you submit a ticket for tracking?
We are glad to help you to move all those sites within only one organization.
By the way, since you have some organization is Base status, you need to purchase Pro licenses if you want to use Pro feature after moving.
Or maybe you move all Pro organization together and all Base organization together.

How can I submit a tracking ticket?

Can you please explain in more detail the licence application?

For example, if I have 10 sites in the same organisation.
I want 2 sites to be PRO and 8 sites to be BASE.

Can I do it in the same organisation?

Hi @Carlo,

Sorry for late reply.
You can submit ticket via Pro organization > Help > support request to submit ticket in my case.


NCC only have PRO organization, there is no PRO site.
Which means if you have 2 site's devices all have PRO licenses and 8 site's devices without licenses,
your organization will be Base organization since not all devices have PRO licenses.
If you want to use PRO feature, you have to purchase PRO licenses for the devices without license.

So if I understand it correctly it's the organisation that decides whether the sites are BASE or PRO.

Therefore if I have an organisation with even only one site BASE the entire organisation is BASE.

Is this correct?

Also, I had a look at the licences page, can you please explain what I can do with the Nebula MSP Pack License?
This seems to me per organisation rather than device

Yes, you are correct.

For you second question, MSP pack allow you can use these feature:

MSP Portal can show all organizations you have.
You can purchase licenses here : https://zyxelwebstore.onfastspring.com/?utm_source=serviceportal&utm_medium=NCC&utm_campaign=licenseMGT

To add MSP license, please follow the below screenshot:

1.Click "..." bottom.
2.Go to my devices&services


3.Click services.
4.Click register.
5.Key in the license and register. Then you will see MSP license show on services.
